Juicing Wheatgrass

The first thing I want to impress upon you is how healthful  juicing wheatgrass is before you decide to put it into your colon.  So read on.....

Amino Acids: Tryptophan, Glutamic Acid, Aanne, Methionine, Arginine, Lysine, Aspartic Acid, Cystine, Glycine, Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Phenylalane, Proline, Serine, Threonine, Tyrosine, Valine. Small polypeptides.

Enzymes:  (over 80 have been identified) Super-oxice Dismutase, Peroxidase, Phosphatase, Catalase, Cytochrome Oxidase, DNase, RnaseSuperoxice, Hexokinase, Malic dehydrogenase, Nitrate reductase, Nitrogen oxyreductase, Fatty Acid  Oxidase, Dismutase, Transhydrogenase.

Phytochemicals:  Chlorophyll, Carotenoids, Bioflavonoids, Growth hormones, RNA, DNA

Many people complain of nausea when juicing wheatgrass.  This is happening due to their toxicity. Decrease the toxicity by juicing wheatgrass as a healthy habit. Juicing wheatgrass is definitely a powerful tonic and you must never have it on a partially full stomach.  Your stomach must always be empty. Like first thing in the morning (that's what I do; about 2 ounces, 4x's a week) mixed with some organic lemon juice.  You don't have to worry about the nausea when it is your colon receiving a wheatgrass implant though. You will refrain from eating 2 hours before your colon hydrotherapy session anyway.

Reverse the trend of acidification and alkalinize the blood with juicing wheatgrass and an enzyme-rich living foods diet.  Take nothing from a box or a can.  Eat from the garden.  Eliminate sugar except when it comes from a fruit.  Throw out the espresso machine and the microwave and put a juicer and blender in their place.  Reinvigorate the elimination system with colon hydrotherapy!

Toxins settle into the dead zones-the weak spots.  Now the cells start to darken, choking on bacteria, yeast, fungus, and toxic acids (butter, cheeses, animal protein (except salmon), oils, corn syrup, alcohol, corn, berries (except Strawberries) and flours.  They can't get enough oxygen.  Acidification, infestation and destruction-the cycle of imbalance.  We have fallen.

The fall into disease is not a single bad step you don't just overnight get cancer, but a series of bad choices.  These can be cigarettes, alcohol, fast food, poor hygiene, stress, work environment, air pollution, drugs, not exercising at all.  I'm sure there are many other ways that our population destroys their health but I will leave that up to each individual to think about.  The result or signs of disease are low energy, fatigue, poor digestion, gain or loss of weight, unclear thinking, allergies, headaches, joint pain and then ultimately the major disorders-cancer, high blood pressure, heart disease, arthritis, emphysema, diabetes etc. you get the idea, your body can't take it anymore.


Fight for that good health

I respect my body and the functions it has to do for me to keep me alive every minute of every day.  I would never purposely hurt myself if I knew better. Many of us don't know better so it is my job to inform whoever I happen to meet.  If I get the sense that they are not interested, I do not push it. It is just not their time.  We must all be ready to receive the gift of good health. You must have heard it a dozen times when people say that they have to lose weight and start eating right.  Many people are unsuccessful when it comes to improving their diets. You have got to dig deep to understand why you eat the way you do. I usually hear it 's too expensive, it's too hard or it's not fun.  Well, my answer to that is hospitals are not inexpensive and they are certainly not fun. Most people don't make any concrete plans or commitments as to how they're going to do it. You have got to plan your work and work your plan. Are Pharmaceuticals really the answer?

Nature is the original source of modern medicine.  It wasn't until the modern drug industry arose in the 19th century that medicines came from the laboratory.  Now in our modern society, most people just want to know what pill they can take to make them better.  Drugs are what the body considers foreign invaders. Poor lifestyle and diet cannot be made better by taking a pill.  Nutrition is missing from the practice of modern medicine.

The truth is that modern medicine has lost a lot of its appeal and followers.  Dissatisfied with its lack of health-promoting results, our civilization has reached back into the past and revived the philosophy of natural healthcare.
